About Bungie Rewards 

Bungie Rewards is a merchandise program that offers collector’s items to earn and unlock for purchase that are uniquely crafted to commemorate in-game accomplishments. 

Items for purchase are offered for a limited time and may be limited in quantity and available in only certain regions. Please refer to the Bungie Rewards product pages for more information, including any restrictions.

Eligibility 

To be eligible to claim any Bungie Rewards for purchase unlocked through Marathon gameplay, players will need to meet the following requirements:   

  • Players must log into Marathon.BungieStore.com with the platform account that they play Marathon on. 

  • Claim the required achievement(s) in-game before the “Earn by” date displayed on the product pages.  

  • Products must be purchased on Bungie Store before the “Purchase by” date displayed on the product pages.

How to Log In and Purchase Physical Bungie Rewards 

To set up an account and purchase physical rewards unlocked through gameplay, players will need to complete the following:   

  • Complete and claim the Codex Challenge in-game or as noted on the product page 

  • Visit Marathon.BungieStore.com and log in with the platform account which completed the in-game achievement.  

  • Visit the rewards product pages and place the product into your shopping bag. Please note: at this time only one pre-order item may be placed in shopping bag per transaction. 

  • Proceed with checkout.

Digital Bungie Rewards

Digital Bungie Rewards are available to players who complete the associated unlock requirements. Once eligible, players can claim a digital reward through the Bungie Store. 

To claim a Digital Bungie Reward, players must log in to Marathon.BungieStore.com using the same platform account they use to play Marathon. Eligible rewards must be added to their cart and checked out to complete the claim process. Please allow 24-48 hours for all digital rewards to be applied to the player account.

  • Log in to Marathon.BungieStore.com with the platform account they use to play Marathon 

  • Complete the unlock requirements before the “Earn by” date listed on the product page 

  • Claim the reward before the “Purchase by” date listed on the product page 

How to Claim Digital Bungie Rewards 

  • Complete the unlock requirements as stated on the product page 

  • Visit Marathon.BungieStore.com and log in with the platform account that completed the requirement 

  • Go to the eligible reward product page 

  • Add the reward to the cart and complete checkout 

  • Allow 24-72 hours for the reward to be applied to the linked account

FAQ 

How do pre-orders work?  

Pre-orders are products that are available for purchase but don't ship until a later date (specified on the product detail page). When you purchase a pre-order product you are billed immediately upon checkout. This ensures you will receive the product once it becomes available. Please note that at this time only one pre-order item may be placed in shipping bag per transaction. All non-personalized pre-order products can be cancelled for a full refund up until the product ships. After the product ships, our normal return policy will take effect. Please view the Bungie Rewards Return Policy 

How do I get my digital items on the Bungie Store? 

Some purchases on the Bungie Store include a digital gift with purchase. 

For purchases made on BungieStore.com, players will receive an email containing a redemption code that can be redeemed at: https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/RedeemPlease allow 24–72 hours after purchase for the email with the redemption code to arrive. For non–in-game digital items, downloads are available under My Account on the Bungie Store. 

For purchases made on Marathon.BungieStore.com that include a digital gift with purchase, as well as for claimed digital Bungie Rewards, eligible in-game items will be applied directly to the player’s linked account. Please allow 24–48 hours for these items to appear in-game. 

Please note: In-game cosmetics are one per account. Any subsequent orders on the same account will not be eligible to receive the same gift-with-purchase cosmetic.

Reporting Issues 

Players who encounter one of the issues below should do the following:   

Bungie Store shows incorrect status: After completing an in-game achievement, players should allow 5 – 10 minutes for the Bungie Store to recognize the earned achievement.  

If achievements are not reflecting correctly after 24 hours, please reach out to the Bungie Rewards support team to verify achievement status and assistance placing your order.
